Oh no! Can you straighten the cowlick into submission? I have one, too, but it's on the back of my head, so it usually doesn't interfere too much when I have long hair. I used to have a short A-line, though, and it was quite unruly.
Bangs look good on you. Do you like having hair hanging down your forehead now? I've always wondered what that would be like...but curly hair doesn't suit itself well to that style. :)

You are gorgeous either way, and I like the look of them. However, as an off and on bang haver I can tell you that urge to brush it out of your face increases with temperature. So don't get them cut so short you cant pull them back with a clip or bobby pin or even headband. Congrats on checking an item off your list!
Heeee, "bang haver" is not technically dirty, but it IS giggle-worthy. :P
My problem is never getting them cut too short, it's letting them grow too long because I hate cutting them so much! I need to bust out my stockpile o' headbands on the double, for sure!
